At the Atlas Complex by CJMB in Marion, Alabama, Callan JMB is advancing plans to bring pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, warehousing, and distribution together in one location.

Through our collaboration with TRUKING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, approximately $28 million in planned pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment will support the development of the 90,000-square-foot Marion 9 facility.

This expansion is about more than manufacturing. It’s about creating a more connected and resilient healthcare supply chain by:

- Expanding domestic production of essential pharmaceuticals

Callan JMB is advancing plans for U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturing at the Atlas Complex by CJMB in Marion, Alabama.

We have signed an initial purchase order with TRUKING and plan to invest approximately $28 million in pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment for the site, with a $500,000 down payment expected toward the initial deployment.

The collaboration also expands Callan JMB’s role beyond Atlas, with the Company positioned to serve as a North American distributor and assembly provider for TRUKING equipment.

By bringing pharmaceutical production together with Callan JMB’s existing logistics, regulatory compliance, specialty packaging, warehousing, monitoring and distribution capabilities, the Atlas Complex is being developed to support a more resilient domestic pharmaceutical supply chain.

Initial production is targeted before the end of 2027, subject to construction, equipment delivery, commissioning, validation, and applicable regulatory requirements.
