Good morning everybody! Bridget here. Just updating everybody as APP conference approaches. Unfortunately this year I am unable to attend. The conference being the begining of June, I still have family obligations related to school that I have not been able to work around. I will definitely be attending next year as I have a heads up to make sure things are squared away at home. As you all know, I’m very family first with all of my employees and myself as well. I’m excited to use that time to invest in the studio. And I have opened up my schedule for that week of June.. I’m excited to see everybody.. have a great rest of your week

Hey everyone!! Bridget here. Just sharing an informative post. Or in this case, I guess it’s posts.😂
This is a six week old double helix piercing, and this is what your piercing would ideally look like when you come in for a downsize, and if you have taken proper care of it. This piercing was not slept on, the client did not sleep with wet hair, and the client did not excessively fidget with or overclean the piercing. This means that there is no longer signs of irritation. There are no irritation bumps on either side of the piercing. And there is no drift, meaning that the piercing has not moved from its initial angle that it was pierced at.
When you leave our studio, what you do with your piercing is between you and God. We can only offer you the information that we know to ensure that you heal like this. If you are sleeping on your Cartlidge piercing we may not be able to salvage it. We may recommend that you retire your piercing. Most clients read through our website before booking. They listen to us during the appointment and they understand that this is a risk if they can’t take the proper care of their piercing. However, we do occasionally have clients get upset with us whenever their piercings, heal less than ideally. Helix piercings require a little bit of a commitment, but they can absolutely look like this with a little love.
