Well here is another project that we have been working on this summer. Back in the spring we had the opportunity to purchase this property and here it is so far. New under slab plumbing, concrete work including a front porch and patio. Some excavating and a good way into the framing of a new duplex house. Attached to a existing home. Stay tuned for updates.

Lots of times a door is way better than a window. Especially when you have a deck on the back of your home and no way to get there, except out the front door and around the house and then up the steps. Lucky for us this great family contacted us for a solution. So here you have it...... The removal of the brick, windows and a wall section, moving some wiring interior and exterior trim, a Pella slider, 48 hours later problem solved.

Sometimes a total bathroom remodel is out of the question. But a facelift can give it a new life. Here is a vintage cast iron tub with olive tile, that was cleaned up resealed and bad grouting fixed. Some luxury vinyl plank flooring to add a new look to the vintage bathroom decor.

We braved the heat and smokey air, to give this nice family a new space. Right off there kitchen and dining room. With Trex decking and composite railing with black aluminum spindles. This will expand their entertainment space on beautiful days here in south central Pennsylvania.

Here is the Cherry on top, for our week. We had the opportunity to be able to do a total bathroom remodel for a very nice family. As Thursday's heat rolled in we were able to get inside and demo the old bathroom and finish up today. New Kohler tub shower, with luxury vinyl plank flooring, brightened up the room with new paint and LED lighting. A awesome dark blue vanity with marble top added lots of storage with bold color. Then trimmed out with a led lighted medicine cabinet with defogger and brushed nickel trims. If you or someone you know needs a bathroom upgrade let us know.

We had the privilege to help a customer today and beat the heat working inside today. This morning we installed a hardwood handrail on a small staircase and a AmeriGlide rave2 stairlift with dual remotes. This upgrade made it safer and easier for our customers to live in their home. Today we managed to work around the rain and install this new energy saving beautiful bay window. Unbelievable sound difference, after it was installed you could hardly hear the traffic going by. If you are in need of some replacement windows give us a call for a estimate.
