Big shoutout to Jalisco, who hit the 1,000 post milestone! That’s a thousand mornings of showing up, grinding, and leading by example. He’s put in the work day after day, never chasing credit, just chasing growth. Jalisco’s consistency has been a steady anchor for the PAX whether he’s out front or grinding alongside us, you know he’s giving everything he’s got.

We wait for the perfect moment, the perfect conditions, the perfect confidence to show up, but the truth is, those moments rarely come. Readiness isn’t something you stumble upon, it’s something you build through action. The first step. Messy, uncertain, and imperfect is what creates the momentum that shapes who you become.

Courage isn’t the absence of doubt, it’s moving forward despite it. Every runner who has crossed a finish line, every leader who has stepped into a new role, every man who has broken through a barrier they all began before they felt fully prepared. They trusted that progress would meet them on the path, not at the starting line.

So don’t wait for clarity, strength, or confidence to magically appear. Take the step. Send the message. Show up to the workout. Start the journey. Readiness will catch up to you once you’re already moving.

Four regions. One mission. One unforgettable night.

Last night, HIMs from four different F3 regions laced up and set out to accelerate together through a CSAUP like no other. Running 50+ miles through the night, from the bright lights of Nashville down to Columbia.

It wasn’t just about the miles. It was about grit, brotherhood, and the relentless push to get better together. The dark roads, the quiet hours when most of the world was asleep, and the burn in the legs were all reminders that acceleration comes not when it’s easy, but when it’s hard.

Region by region, man by man, the torch was carried.

CSAUPs are not just completely stupid and utterly pointless, they’re about proving to ourselves and to each other that we are capable of more than we think. Nashville to Columbia, 50+ miles, 2500+ ft of elevation all through the night, this was acceleration in its purest form.

Iron sharpening iron. Four regions. One team. One mission. F3.

This week marked another strong moment in our region as the Battalion flag passed from Walk On to Yo-Yo. Walk On carried the flag with strength and consistency, setting the tone and leading well. Now Yo-Yo takes the helm, ready to keep that fire burning and push the Battalion forward. Proud of both these HIMs—iron sharpening iron, the flag never stops moving
