Here at Crescent Community Clinic, we are gearing up for one of our favorite times of the year!

We are officially hosting our Healthy Harvest Fundraiser on Saturday, September 19, 2026 and tickets are officially on sale!

This year, we’ve made things incredibly simple for our supporters—tickets can be purchased directly online via Zeffy. Because Zeffy is a 100% free platform for nonprofits, every single dollar spent goes straight toward funding our clinical programs and healthcare services for those who need it most in our community.

Crescent Community Clinic is a 5013c non-profit organization that relies solely on community support and grants. The clinic provides free medical and mental health services to adults between the ages of 18-64 and who have chronic medical and mental health issues. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of the underserved, indigent and uninsured. To promote health literacy programs. To provide quality health care regardless of the patient's ability to pay. To establish alliances that serve our community.
The clinic has been in operation since 2008 and has provided more than 500,000.00 patient services. Our dedicated volunteers include physicians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists and office staff.

Crescent Community Clinic is stepping beyond the exam room to invite the local community to a special Healthy Eating & Wellness Event. Designed specifically for Hernando County residents looking to practicalize a healthier lifestyle, this event focuses on "food as medicine" and how simple nutrition changes can prevent, manage, and even reverse chronic illnesses like diabetes and high blood pressure.

Crescent Community Clinic Is Seeking Committed Volunteers

Crescent Community Clinic is inviting caring and dedicated individuals to join our team of volunteers. We provide free medical, and mental health services to uninsured adults in Hernando County, and our work depends on the support of community members who are willing to share their time and talents.

We welcome non-clinical volunteers to assist with intake, eligibility, and administrative tasks.

If you are passionate about improving access to healthcare and can commit to a regular schedule—even a few hours a month—we would love to hear from you.

June is coming soon and it is Crescent Community Clinic sweet 16th birthday month!
For 16 years Crescent Community Clinic has been dedicated to providing essential healthcare services to those in need in our community. To mark this milestone, we're inviting you to be a part of this celebration by making a $16.00 donation!
Your $16.00 donation will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families who rely on our clinic for medical and mental health services. Crescent Community Clinic provides these services to adults between the ages of 18-64, who reside in Hernando County, and who do not have access to health insurance. Whether its covering the cost of a patient's medication through the Pharmaceutical Prescription Assistance Program, diabetes kits and monitors or even some medical supplies, every dollar counts and helps us continue our mission of serving those in need.

Crescent Community Clinic is in need of front desk volunteers for Medical and Mental Health. We are looking for people who enjoy helping others. Crescent Community Clinic is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you have the time and wish to volunteer, please call us at 352-610-9916 and ask for Christina Reyes.
Crescent Community Clinic was established in June of 2008. We offer free medical and mental health services to adults between the ages of 18-64 who have chronic illnesses. In order to become an established patient, you must reside in Hernando County.
We would love to have you as a volunteer!
