Here at Crescent Community Clinic, we are gearing up for one of our favorite times of the year!
We are officially hosting our Healthy Harvest Fundraiser on Saturday, September 19, 2026 and tickets are officially on sale!
This year, we’ve made things incredibly simple for our supporters—tickets can be purchased directly online via Zeffy. Because Zeffy is a 100% free platform for nonprofits, every single dollar spent goes straight toward funding our clinical programs and healthcare services for those who need it most in our community.

Crescent Community Clinic is a 5013c non-profit organization that relies solely on community support and grants. The clinic provides free medical and mental health services to adults between the ages of 18-64 and who have chronic medical and mental health issues. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of the underserved, indigent and uninsured. To promote health literacy programs. To provide quality health care regardless of the patient's ability to pay. To establish alliances that serve our community.
The clinic has been in operation since 2008 and has provided more than 500,000.00 patient services. Our dedicated volunteers include physicians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists and office staff.
