Anytime you eat, do your best to think about the food first. Cook as many meals as you can at home. The smell of the food can help your body prepare to use it.

Slow down your meals. Try to set a timer for 20 minutes and don’t get up till it goes off. Don’t eat in the car. And CHEW YOUR FOOD.
