A COA (Certificate of Analysis) is documentation from third-party testing that verifies three things: net content, purity, and identity.

In plain terms, it confirms that what's actually in the vial matches what's on the label — no guessing, no assumptions.

Not every source provides this level of transparency. It's a small piece of paper that says a lot about what you're actually working with.

At TWC, every batch comes with one.

Growth hormone release doesn't have to mean synthetic HGH.

GHRP-6 is a peptide studied for its ability to stimulate the body's own ghrelin receptors, supporting natural growth hormone secretion. Researchers have looked at its potential role in recovery, lean mass support, and overall hormonal balance.

It's one of several tools our team considers when building out a personalized protocol.

Welcome to Peptides Explained, where each week, we address a specific peptide, what it does, and what it could help with.

This week's peptide: Sermorelin

Sermorelin is a peptide studied for its role in stimulating the body's natural growth hormone release. It's one of the earliest studied GH-releasing compounds, often used as a reference point in conversations around GH support and recovery.

Research has also pointed to a connection between GH release and deep sleep cycles, which is part of why Sermorelin frequently comes up in discussions around sleep quality and recovery, alongside its relationship to long-term wellness and healthy aging.

Many exploring recovery and sustained energy are interested in Sermorelin as part of a broader approach that includes sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.

At TWC Peptides, we believe education should come first, always. Understanding what a peptide is, how it's being studied, and where it may fit into your wellness goals is how we help move the space forward responsibly.

Did you know? The same "Wolverine Blend," BPC-157 combined with TB-500, that's become a familiar name in human recovery protocols is also something some pet owners have started exploring for their dogs.

It sounds unusual at first, but the logic tracks. These are the same tissue-repair-focused peptides showing up in torn ligaments, post-surgical recovery, arthritis, and slow-healing wounds in people, and dogs experience many of the same physical setbacks, especially working dogs, aging dogs, and highly active breeds that put real wear and tear on joints and connective tissue.

BPC-157 and TB-500 are studied for their relationship to tissue repair and recovery pathways, which is the same rationale driving interest in canine use. Owners dealing with a dog recovering from surgery, managing chronic joint issues, or nursing a stubborn injury are sometimes drawn to these compounds for the same reasons people are.

Summer took something out of you. Fall is for getting it back.

Late nights, travel, and inconsistent routines add up, and fall is the natural reset point. Routines settle. Sleep schedules normalize. The body finally gets the consistency back that recovery-focused systems need to actually respond.

A fall reset starts with recovery: tissue repair and cellular energy first, then sleep and hormonal rhythm layered in as the foundation holds.

No reason to wait until January to start.

Curious what a fall reset could look like for you?

Not all GLP-1s suppress appetite the same way, and the percentage on the label doesn't tell the whole story.

Semaglutide is studied as a near-full GLP-1 compound. Tirzepatide and Retatrutide are studied as GLP-1 combined with additional pathways, GIP for insulin sensitivity, and in Retatrutide's case, glucagon for calorie expenditure, not simply more or less of the same mechanism.

Starting doses factor in here too. A lower GLP-1 percentage at a different starting dose can produce a comparable appetite effect, which is a dosing dynamic, not a strength ranking.

The right fit isn't about which compound sounds strongest. It's about which pathway matches your biology and your goals.

Welcome to Peptides Explained, where each week, we address a specific peptide, what it does, and what it could help with.

This week's peptide: ARA-290

ARA-290 is a synthetic peptide modeled on a region of erythropoietin (EPO), studied for its role in activating the innate repair receptor without the red-blood-cell effects tied to EPO itself. That distinction is part of why it's drawn research interest as a tissue-protective compound rather than a blood-modifying one.

Much of the research around ARA-290 centers on nerve tissue, with particular attention to small fiber nerve health and everyday sensory comfort. It's also studied in the context of metabolic markers and how the body responds to inflammation and cellular stress more broadly.

Many exploring nerve health and cellular resilience are interested in ARA-290 as part of a broader wellness approach that includes proper clinical oversight and lifestyle support.

At TWC Peptides, we believe education should come first, always. Understanding what a peptide is, how it's being studied, and where it may fit into your wellness goals is how we help move the space forward responsibly.

Fatigue gets treated like an inconvenience to push through — but it's usually a signal, not a nuisance.

Energy levels reflect what's happening underneath: sleep quality, stress load, nutrition, recovery. Instead of pushing past it, it's worth asking what it's actually telling you.
