🏈 Calling all athletes and sports parents! We're seeing a lot of skin infections this week among high school athletes. 🤼

🔴 Impetigo: red sores that ooze and form a honey-colored crust, often around the nose and mouth, but it can show up anywhere
⭕ Tinea (ringworm): a red, itchy, ring-shaped rash. It's a fungus, not a worm!

Both spread through skin-to-skin contact and shared mats, towels and gear.

Spot something? Walk in for a same-day check. Most athletes get treated and are back on the field in 24–48 hours, and we can help with any return-to-play forms. 🏆

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗

Our team is wearing pink this month, and we have one simple ask: don't put off your mammogram.

If you notice a lump, skin changes, ni**le changes, or anything that just feels different, don't wait for your next checkup. Get it looked at.

We can order your screening mammogram. A screening order visit is $35, or get a well-woman exam with a Pap smear and your mammogram order for $120. No insurance needed, and walk-ins are welcome.

Perimenopause is rude. 😂

Hot flashes, mood changes, terrible sleep, fatigue, weight changes, achy joints, low libido…and meanwhile you're supposed to be like, "What? Everything's fine." 🙄

If you're in your 40s and suddenly don't feel quite like yourself, you're not imagining the changes. Perimenopause can start while you're still having regular periods, and there may be options to help manage the symptoms.
