Once a month, Balanced Body and Wellness hangs out with the crew from . The team had a kitchen themed circuit workout with squats, farmers walks, battle ropes and slam balls to name a few! They ended the day creating a healthy parfait filled with fruits, proteins and grains! Hanging out with the team is always the highlight of my week!!
