Member of the Month of June!! Carrie Harper !! 1. What’s your favorite treatment at Below Zero Cryo spa?
- I came for the infrared sauna to aid with recovery. I like the hot cold contrast it helps with my knee recovery.

2. What positive changes have you noticed since starting cryotherapy?
- the inflammation of my joints has gone down. I can also tell that by using the vibration plate at my balance has gotten better too.

3. Why would you recommend Below Zero spot to others?
- I would definitely recommend for people to come here if they have inflammation, especially from injuries bigger small the spa has helped me with this.
