A recent study (April 2026) from MD Anderson Cancer Center found that no-touch biofield therapy (Reiki) can significantly reduce cancer growth and inhibit metastasis by over 50% potentially improving outcomes when combined with standard care.

News like this needs to be shared to help spread the healing benefits of receiving Reiki treatments.

Polarity reversal is real and it effects our mental and physical health.

Energy flows through all living things. Correcting your polarity will increase the flow of energy through your body.

If your polarity is reversed (flowing foot to head) it causes these symptoms:

Anxiety
Chronic fatigue
Confusion
Depression
Insomnia
Pain
Disease

A reversed polarity puts your body into a chronic stress state or fight-or-flight mode.

Dr. Bruce Lipton, a cellular biologist, states that “95% of all illness and disease is caused by stress”. This means that when you are stuck in fight-or-flight mode, you are more vulnerable to experiencing health issues.

Whenever a client comes in for a session, I always test their polarity and correct, if needed. Some asked how they could test it themselves and that’s how I started making videos for teaching.

I think everyone should know how to correct their own polarity. It’s easy to learn by watching the free video.
