Esoteric Acupuncture is becoming a staple in my practice. There is an obvious shift in humanity and how we are viewing (and treating) health; it is no longer too far-fetched to talk about the mind and body being one.

Our collective consciousness and vibration is rapidly changing with advances in technology and the rise of ancient healing arts becoming a norm. The growth into the Age of Aquarius is bringing us into a time of more intuition, creativity, and listening to our inner heart.

I have been drawn to this work for a long time and since working with my teachers and receiving these treatments, I have felt a dramatic shift in my life. I am so grateful I can provide this to others as I also continue to grow.

Spirulina has always been a favorite of mine! I take it as a powder (it’s admittedly very gross) but it is also sold in tablet form.

It’s so good for our kidneys and our vital essence - our jing! 💚 Also very helpful for fertility and heart health.

Always check for proper sourcing and heavy metal testing with any blue-green algae 👌🏻
