Mars is releasing dye-free versions of M&M’s, Skittles, Starburst, and Extra Gum this year.

Artificial dyes like Red 40, Yellow 5, and Blue 1 have long been linked to behavioral issues in children and are already warning-labeled across Europe.

The fact that major brands are finally responding to that is a step in the right direction.

But the original versions with artificial dyes aren’t going anywhere. These are additions, not replacements, which means the label still matters.

A Note from Our Medical Director: Illness Is on the Rise

Over the past couple of weeks, our team at Kare has seen an increase in patients experiencing COVID-like symptoms and other viral illnesses throughout our community.

We are seeing a range of symptoms including cough, congestion, runny nose, fatigue, body aches, fever, and in some cases, GI symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. Our IV Center has also been especially busy as more patients are coming in looking for support while they are sick or recovering.

Over the years, we have had great success helping our community navigate seasonal illness and viral infections with a proactive, individualized approach. Our goal is to help support your body, address your symptoms, and get you feeling better as quickly and effectively as possible.
