I’m honestly still trying to wrap my head around how much Whole Self Healing has grown lately….

What started as a few group yoga classes has blossomed into something so much bigger and more meaningful than I ever imagined, and I truly couldn’t have done it without this incredible community. Your trust, support, referrals, encouragement, and willingness to show up for yourselves in such vulnerable and powerful ways means everything to me.

As the practice continues to grow, I also want to gently share that session availability is becoming more limited, with many appointments currently booking 6–8 weeks in advance.

I never want that to feel discouraging or unwelcoming— it’s simply a reflection of how many people are seeking healing, nervous system support, and safe spaces to land right now. I’m committed to serving each person with presence and care, which also means honoring my own capacity and avoiding burnout.

If you’ve been thinking about booking, I definitely recommend planning ahead when possible and giving yourself grace with the timing. I’m so deeply grateful for your patience, your support, and your belief in this work.

Thank you for continuing to pour love into this small business and helping it grow in such a beautiful, aligned way. Every session booked, every kind word shared, every referral, every class attended— it all truly means more than I can say.

HUGE NEWS!!!!!—

A beautiful client of mine presented our healing space with a generous gift and I am beyond grateful…. and ridiculously excited about this one:

The Sage Space Aura Lounge.

It’s a guided, fully supported rest experience using sound + gentle vibration to help your nervous system shift states— without you having to “do” anything.

No breathwork to get right.
No pressure to relax.
No performing calm.

You just lie down, put the headphones on, and let your system be met where it is. I experienced my first go at it this morning and let me just say, it felt like bliss.

This practice can be especially supportive if:
•your mind won’t slow down no matter what you try
•you tend to live in high alert or chronic overwhelm
•you shut down or check out when things get too much
•traditional meditation just… doesn’t land

It’s not magic, nope.
But it does give your body a different entry point into regulation— and sometimes that can feel like magic.

I’ll soon be offering this as an add-on or a standalone session.

Feel free to ask me about it when you’re in!!

✨ Nervous system support shouldn’t feel out of reach— and I’m committed to making sure it isn’t.

If you’ve been curious about Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Supportive Touch, or even 1:1 yoga… consider this your gentle nudge from the universe (and from your local SEP/E-RYT 😉).

I’ve added a few new ways to work together— including affordable single-session options and a 5-session SE package that saves you $50.

Both graphics below break it all down so you can choose what fits your needs, your pace, and your capacity.

Whether you’re dealing with overwhelm, chronic stress, burnout, or you simply want to feel more grounded in your body again… this work meets you exactly where you are.
And it works.

🧡 One-on-one support, personalized care, real nervous system change.
🧡 In-person here in Springfield, with virtual SE available for those further away.

If your system has been whispering (or yelling) that it needs something different… let’s start there.

You deserve support that actually supports you. ✨

I’m sitting with a lot of gratitude for this season….

My Somatic Experiencing practice is currently booked out nearly two months.

This is not something I take lightly.

Behind the scenes, I’m actively tending to the logistics— reviewing my schedule, adjusting systems, refining intake, and making thoughtful decisions about how and when to expand. Growth is exciting… and I care deeply about doing it in a way that protects the quality, presence, and depth this work deserves.

Sustainable growth takes intention— and I’m committed to building this the right way, not the rushed way.

To everyone who has reached out, referred a friend, trusted me with your story, committed to this nervous system work in your own way— from my whole heart, thank you. This kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because people are willing to show up with courage and honesty.

If you’re currently on my calendar, I value the trust you’re placing in this work.

If you’re waiting for an opening, thank you for your patience. I can assure you, I’m working on it. If you’d like to be added to the waitlist for upcoming availability, always feel free to reach out.

So incredibly grateful. Truly.
