Take steps to protect yourself and NEVER provide personal information to people online or by phone.

👉Update your phone settings to screen calls - this will you to only receive calls from contacts, while pushing unknown numbers to voicemail. If they don't leave a message, it probably wasn't important!

👉Block and report spam callers or advertisements.

👉If something sounds too good to be true....it likely is! FREE anything should always raise a red flag. The grocery card benefits are typically available to Medicaid recipients only...being on Medicare alone does not qualify you despite the advertisement.
