Crystal Hickey joined Viability 19 years ago as a Program Supervisor and has been building her career over the years, reaching a number of different milestones. Today, she's the Director of Odyssey House Clubhouse.

She isn't the exception. 61% of our supervisors were promoted from within.

Open House at Odyssey Clubhouse Friday October 16th

Odyssey Clubhouse in Holyoke is opening its doors, and everyone is invited.

Meet the members, community neighbors, leaders, and elected officials. See how the Clubhouse works. Then help eat the baked goods from the BAKE SALE, where all proceeds support the Members’ Emergency Fund.

Members run this place. They work in the kitchen, answer the phones, and do the work that builds skills and leads to real jobs. Come see it for yourself.

Coffee, tea, and more will be served. No RSVP needed. Everyone is welcome.
