For my class of cat lovers, I have been drawing their wild cats from which their birthday verses are inspired. For their birthday gift, I write out their poem and add a pencil illustration of their animal. When I taught before, I did birds for my students’ birthday verses. Now, when I see their birds, I think of them and how they were when they were 10! Now they are all grown up, but those memories are encapsulated in time. ❤️

I have not been posting lately due to being extremely busy since returning to teaching this fall! Here are some of my chalkboard drawings I do for the students. Chalkboard art is a lot of fun! I have not shut down my practice, and am now scheduling clients for Winter break. Space is limited! Now’s the time to schedule! 😅

Working with hypnosis and healing methods has been so life changing for my clients and me. I just have to share a recent client’s story because it is truly remarkable! My client had developed a reflex that caused choking whenever they tried to drink fluids. It was the result of a real choking event in which they couldn’t breathe. Since then, the problem had caused them to retreat more and more from trying to drink: relying on ice chips to hydrate. It also interfered with eating. They came to me for hypnosis since their doctors and specialists could find nothing wrong physically.
The problem was very entrenched, and it took many sessions to change it. For my client, the results were worth investing in multiple session packages. Their doctors were also impressed with the results, and they were encouraged to continue treating it with hypnosis to override the physical PTSD caused by that first traumatic event. A side benefit to the sessions was that they also overcame their fear of climbing ladders! We were able to address two big issues. Beach therapy and early Birthday celebration with my bestie! We had beautiful weather the first day, and the second was perfect for staying inside to trade Access Bars and body processes!! So therapeutic after all the stress of these last few months. Grateful for the opportunity to rest and reset! ®︎

I drew the slouchy chair and a plant from the office for a drawing assignment. It is an exercise in working with line and contour line. I am having a lot of fun practicing art skills! I recently became attuned in Reiki, and am still taking new clients for sessions of all kinds. Soon, I will teaching Bars classes again. The space has room for lots of tables! ®

This beautiful spot is at the confluence of the Willamette and the McKenzie rivers, a restoration site called Green Island. We will be conducting another healing event here, the theme being “Healing with Unity”. Please join us at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 2nd, (the gate will close at 10:05). Liability Waivers can be found at the website for the McKenzie River Trust. They must be filled out digitally in advance. No dogs are permitted in order to protect the wellbeing of the wildlife. Sessions with magical clients make my life outstanding! I am honored to be a part of their healing process. Lately I have seen people shedding their limitations and stepping into the potency of their inner beings. Some things I’ve seen are truly remarkable! Recently I have been taking a reiki class, and will be a master soon. It’s been a blast to play with Reiki! After working with all my methods these years, I finally can offer Reiki specifically, and will teach classes in the future. I see people in both Portland and Springfield. ®

Awesome girl’s weekend in Seattle and Tacoma: saw live! Such high vibe energy, it was a blast. So grateful. My friend and I went wine tasting in Woodinville, ran Bars and body processes on each other, played cards and had fun! Memories were made! ®
