Hey everyone 👋
Sad news, I hurt my hand & have to be in a brace for at least 3 weeks depending on how my checkup goes after 2 weeks.
Uncertain if it’s just tendon/ligaments or small fracture.
I’ll get back to work as soon as I’m able. I will reach out to reschedule some of you soon.

I used red light therapy on a client today & oh my gosh does it feel amazing! The heat and red light adds a soothing layer of therapy in just the right way to an already deep therapeutic massage session *chefs kiss* 🙌🏻 recovery mode on 💯

Some important information regarding the changes:

- Ozark 417 Female location is basically fully booked now until the end of my lease! 🖤 (bittersweet)

- I will be at MUSCLE SHARK starting 8-1-26

- There may be more to come, & if you need anything in the meantime, or are an existing client or gift card holder, please message me so I can work you in!

Hey friends / massage therapy clients 👋
I have some very BIG & unexpected news…

As a few of you know I deal with a autoimmune issues that get super triggered with stress 😅 (yay)
With that & some other major factors I have decided to take some pressure off of my shoulders & not run a solo practice anymore 🥺 starting (officially) in August.
BUT… I will do a gradual 3 month change & work both locations until then.

Thank you for your support, love & understanding as this was definitely not a light decision & I thank The 417 Female for having me for this little, but amazing time. You all have been so sweet to me & the work you do is valuable. 💕

Here is the BIGGEST news…
will be joining my hard working & lovely friend Heather & her team at Muscle Shark 🦈 !!!

My skills & focus will become more therapeutic as I learn & grow here & I will always give you the best I can offer as I help my friends & community stay healthy/strong 💪🏻

Again, thank you soooo very much for everything & your patience through all the changes.
I’ll still be around! I’m just finding my place/peace 😊
