💙 Community Connections Matter!

Hospice and Home Care of the Blue Ridge was honored to participate in the Yancey County Senior Resource Fair, providing education and resources to seniors, caregivers, and community members.

Events like these allow us to connect with our community, answer questions, and share information about the services and support available through Hospice, Palliative Care, Home Care, and the CAP Program.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, shared their stories, and took time to learn more about the resources available right here in our community. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and support the residents of Yancey County.
