What is a “sound Bath” : a Sound Bath is an immersive,meditative experience where participants relax to soothing sounds, frequency and vibrations from a variety of instruments 🎶😍. Such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, flutes and tuning forks.
It reduces stress, calms the nervous system and. Provides deep relaxation.
The next two dates for a session are Saturday 8/1 and Sunday 8/23 both at 1.00 pm. Cost is $35 per person 😍🎶
