She came to me with a goal: high fashion measurements.
Starting measurements:
25ā waist
36.5ā hips
At the time, she was only doing Pilates. And honestly? She loved it. Her mom would even join her for classes, and those moments together meant so much to her, so she didnāt want to completely give it up. Her nutrition was already good too, which is why we knew we had to get strategic.
We FaceTimed, went over EVERYTHING, and built a plan around her goals, anatomy, physiology, lifestyle, and schedule. She signed up as an unlimited Brieās App member and worked 1:1 with me while we cross-trained with Pilates once a week and did The Brieās Method 5 days a week with 1 rest day.
Not only did she reach her high fashion measurements⦠she also gained ssoo much more!
But the best part wasnāt just the physical transformation. It was watching her confidence grow, watching her mindset shift, and seeing her truly understand the āwhyā behind movement, training, and nutrition. We tweaked her nutrition together, taught her how to build meals and snacks around her goals, and created habits that fit HER life.
And let me remind you⦠she did all of this while working a full-time job and MOVING. She balanced her crazy schedule like the absolute baddie she is.
I am SO proud of her. Her dedication, consistency, discipline, and hard work do not go unnoticed. She showed up wholeheartedly over and over again, and her results reflect that.
And I want to say something important for the girls on a model fitness journey: as a personal trainer for models, I have personally never seen someone reach and sustain high fashion measurements doing only Pilates. In fact, I commonly see hip measurements increase from Pilates alone.
So if youāre only doing Pilates and feeling discouraged because your measurements arenāt changing the way you want them to⦠please donāt think itās your body failing you. You do NOT need to quit. You just need to pivot.
Iāve seen so many models give up thinking they just ācouldnātā reach their goals.
