“Double-jointed” isn’t always a party trick.
Hypermobility can come with:
❌ Joint pain
❌ Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
❌ Frequent Injuries
❌ Feeling Unstable or Weak

Your body doesn’t need more stretching or aggressive strengthening programs. It needs stability and gradual increases in resistance.

That’s where specialized PT makes a difference‼️

Your body doesn’t work in isolated parts, it works as a system!

🚩Jaw tension
🚩 Core weakness
🚩 Pelvic floor symptoms
🚩 Foot instability

They might seem unrelated… but they’re deeply connected.

If you’ve been chasing symptoms without answers, it might be time to zoom out and look at the full picture.

This is what pelvic floor physical therapy is all about! Treating the whole body, not just the symptoms.

Vital Physical Therapy doesn’t just treat one area. We treat the whole system:

☑️ pelvic floor dysfunction
☑️ breathing mechanics
☑️ hip mobility
☑️ foot mechanics

Because everything is connected! And your care should reflect that. We make sure you receive whole system treatment specific to your needs.

Exciting news! The NTx Connect magazine featured me in their latest edition. Very thankful for the opportunity to bring awareness about pelvic floor therapy and showcase what Vital Physical Therapy is all about. 😊

My article also highlights an interactive workshop I will be having at The Common Fitness Center on April 25th from 10am to 12pm. I hope to see you there!

Again big thank you to NTx Connect.

Let’s clear a few things up:

1. “Just do more Kegels”
2. “Leaking after kids is normal”
3. “Pain with intimacy is something you just have to deal with”
4. “Straining for bowel movements is fine”
5. “6 weeks postpartum you should be back to normal”

None of these are true.

You deserve answers. And solutions!
