Happy October 🍂👻

September brought me so much joy and abundance. Throughout the month, I felt nothing but kindness, love, and support from the people around me, and I’m so grateful for it.

October is bringing new adventures (the picture is a little hint 👀) and new services to Rooted Sole!

I’m so excited to see what this month has in store. I’m also deeply grateful for every client who has supported me, trusted me, and been a part of this journey.

Here’s to a beautiful October 🤎
Let’s have a great month!

You can feel the seasons changing. 🍂🌬️

That first cool, crisp air can feel so good, but it can also be a reminder that our bodies are adjusting right along with the weather.

In Ayurveda, fall is considered Vata season, which is characterized by qualities like cool, dry, light, and mobile. When these qualities increase around us, we may notice changes in our own bodies too, especially in the sinuses, skin, tension, digestion, sleep, and nervous system.

This is one reason I love Face + Ear Reflexology during this seasonal transition. Face + Ear Reflexology works with specific reflex points on the face and ears that correspond with different areas of the body. Working with the sinus reflex points can encourage relaxation and circulation around the face and head while supporting the body’s natural drainage.

If you’re feeling the seasonal shift too, book a Face + Ear Reflexology session or add facial lymphatic drainage to your next appointment. 💆‍♀️

Your body is adjusting to the season. Let’s give it a little support. 🤎

Consistency over intensity 🪷

One treatment isn’t a fix.

And more intense massage work isn’t always the answer. Sometimes your body doesn’t need to be worked harder, it needs consistency, rest, and the right kind of support.

Taking care of yourself isn’t about waiting until you’re completely run down and then trying to fix it all in one session.

Little things, done consistently, can make a bigger difference than one really intense treatment!

September is here, and with the change of seasons comes a good reminder to slow down and reset🤎

Foot reflexology is one of my favorite ways to relax, get grounded, and take a little time for yourself as we move into a new season! 👣🍂

Book your reflexology session with me!

One of my favorite parts about foot reflexology💜

I use warm towels and Ayurvedic oils throughout the session to add a little extra warmth, nourishment, and relaxation while I work on the feet.

It’s all in the little details✨👣
