First and foremost, we are so incredibly grateful for the continued love and support from each of you. We have been fully booked for weeks, and we truly would not be where we are without our amazing clients.

Because appointments are filling quickly, we kindly ask that you plan ahead when scheduling your Botox/Dysport follow-up or complimentary touch-up appointment.

We always want you to love your results, which is why we are happy to offer a complimentary touch-up when appropriate after your treatment has had time to settle. However, same-day or last-minute touch-up appointments cannot always be accommodated—especially during busy weeks, holidays, and fully booked schedules.

If you think you might want a touch-up or unsure, please go ahead and schedule it in advance. If you decide you do not need it once your results settle, no problem at all—we can simply cancel the appointment for you.

Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and for trusting us with your care and confidence. We appreciate you more than you know!

EDIT: Hey everyone! We’ve seen quite a few comments about maintenance and updates to the plaza, so we just wanted to clarify that we’re tenants/business owners here, not the owners of the plaza. 😊

We (Une Nouvelle Toi, medspa) recently purchased an additional space right across from our office (the old towbook building located in the riverview plaza), so unfortunately, things like the lighting, concrete, or exterior doors aren’t things we’re able to change ourselves. 😅

We really appreciate everyone taking the time to share their ideas and suggestions, though! Keep them coming — we love seeing what the community would like to see here! ❤️ The space is approximately 4,000 sq feet
