Our sweet Ellie continues her journey out of the hospital seemingly ok so far with no readmittance since being sent home and our only 3 month old downs son experiencing life outside the hospital with his mom and dad for the first time since birth.

To my kids… Izzy.. My beautiful star pupil. You have the most active and wildest imagination I have ever seen. Don’t let that die out or get smothered.. Not by anyone. You were the one that taught me what real sacrifice is and how important it is. You taught me that even when you get kicked down you should always stand up, dust yourself off, and try again. You have such a bright beautiful future ahead of you. Who ever you end up with will know the meaning of excitement and unconditional love… To my sweet angel Eleanore… your are one of my miracles from heaven. You have the tenderest soul imaginable. You shown me that peace comes in all shapes and sizes. You shown me that love is only real when it is unconditional. I’m sorry we couldn’t be there for your complete recovery after you got out of the PICU. I know you were safe though where you were at. I know you had time you needed to recover and I am so glad you made it home with very little issues. I hope you don’t have any issues relapse. I know you are strong. And my sweet cute as a button baby boy Bennett. You most of all had to fight way more than you should of had to. But heavenly gifts always have a cost. I truely belive you will achieve great things in your lifetime. I truely believe you will show the world that you are so special and a joy for everyone to be around. I really hope you find someone to share it with and that adds something to your life. I just hope I have get the chance to see you go down the journey of life.

Well I guess no sleep tonight. It’s ok! Anything for this cutie pie 🥰 Little man is powering through strong. Hasn’t given up yet. He has such long wake windows. Would love to atleast get a few hours before work but little man comes first. These night time wake windows are draining. Only went in on maybe 3 hours of sleep yesterday. Going to be a rough one today. Just to think I signed up for 12 hours days Monday, Wednesday through Friday starting at 3 AM to 3 PM next week. Lord help me. Really going to be rough next week.
