Our Mission: soQuiet offers advocacy, support, and resources for people who suffer from misophonia so that they may lead productive and serene lives. soQuiet is a nonprofit corporation registered in the state of Missouri. We are awaiting approval of 501[c][3] status from the US Internal Revenue Service.

To further present soQuiet as a trustworthy organization that places factual information and transparency at the forefront of everything we do, our Board of Directors created and approved this soQuiet AI Content Policy:

"No content published by soQuiet, such as articles, images, videos, and other media, will be knowingly written, designed, drawn, or produced by an LLM or similar generative AI platform. All articles, images, artwork, videos, and similar works will be ideated and created by humans.

AI content will never knowingly be used as a source; all content must be fact-checked and verified by humans. Any inadvertent uses of AI content will be removed and/or corrected promptly."
