Team Rx Outreach has been on the move! 💙

Over the last couple of weeks, our team and board members have been showing up from St. Louis to Washington DC and beyond to connect with communities, strengthen partnerships, and support our mission.

⚽ Board member Bethany Wattles helped lead our STL CITY2 fundraising night, bringing our community together for soccer while raising funds for Rx Outreach.

🥕 Andrew visited our partners at City Greens, continuing a community partnership focused on connecting people with resources that support their health.

💡 Andrew also represented Rx Outreach at an Ameren community event, sharing information about affordable medication options with people in our community.

🏛️ Meanwhile, Roy and Jenn traveled to Washington, D.C., for the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics Charitable Healthcare Symposium, connecting with clinics and healthcare organizations working every day to improve access to care.

We’re grateful for a team, board and community of partners willing to show up in so many different ways to help make affordable medications more accessible. 💙

We're building the first Rx Outreach Patient Advisory Board, and there's still time to add your voice.

If you've struggled to afford medications, navigated confusing insurance or assistance programs, helped a family member access the medications they need, or simply wished healthcare organizations better understood the patient experience—we want to hear from you.

You don't need to be a healthcare expert. Your experience is your expertise. 💙

Patient advisors will meet virtually three times per year, receive $75 per meeting, and have the opportunity to directly help shape Rx Outreach programs, services, and decisions.

Please join us in welcoming Kendra Copanas, our new Vice President of Programs & Partnerships.

Kendra brings more than 25 years of experience advancing health equity, expanding access to care, and bringing organizations and communities together to create meaningful change.

At Rx Outreach, she'll lead our Programs & Partnerships work, helping us strengthen relationships, develop programs, and create new opportunities to connect more people with the affordable medications they need.

We're thrilled to have Kendra on Team Rx Outreach and can't wait to see what we'll accomplish together. 💙

This weekend, Roy and Jenn will be representing Rx Outreach at the 2026 National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (NAFC) Charitable Healthcare Symposium!

We're proud to work alongside free and charitable clinics across the country to help patients access affordable medications. The Symposium is a great opportunity to learn, connect, and find new ways to support the clinics and healthcare organizations doing this important work in their communities.

No two healthcare journeys are the same. Whether you've navigated medication costs, insurance challenges, chronic illness, or caring for a loved one, your experiences can help improve care for others.

As we build our inaugural Rx Outreach Patient Advisory Board, we're looking for patients and family caregivers from a wide range of backgrounds, communities, ages, and life experiences.

We're especially interested in hearing from people whose voices aren't always represented in healthcare conversations.

As a board member, you'll help shape our programs, services, and communications while ensuring the patient perspective remains at the center of every decision we make.

✔ Three virtual meetings each year
✔ $75 stipend for every meeting
✔ No healthcare background required

Because better healthcare starts with listening.

At Rx Outreach, we believe the people who have navigated these challenges are the experts we need to learn from. That's why we're creating our first Patient Advisory Board—to ensure patients and caregivers have a seat at the table as we shape our programs and services.

As a board member, you'll:
✔ Share your experiences directly with our leadership team
✔ Receive a $75 stipend for each meeting (three virtual meetings per year)
