We want to make you aware of an upcoming change that may affect your healthcare coverage.

Beginning July 1, 2026, Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet) will no longer provide coverage for chiropractic, physical therapy, and acupuncture services. This change was made at the state level and is not a decision made by our office.

If you are currently receiving care through Missouri Medicaid, please know that we are committed to helping you navigate this transition.

Over the coming weeks, our team will be working with affected patients to:
- Review how this change impacts your individual care plan
- Discuss affordable options for continuing treatment
- Help prioritize the care that will provide the greatest benefit
- Answer questions regarding coverage and future visits

Our goal remains the same as it has always been: helping you move better, feel better, and live with less pain.

If you are concerned about the impact this decision may have on your access to care, we encourage you to contact your Missouri State Representative, State Senator, and the Governor's Office to share your experience and explain how chiropractic care, physical therapy, and acupuncture have affected your health and quality of life. Personal stories from patients often carry more weight than statistics alone.

In the interim we encourage you to come in while you still have benefits remaining. And please do not wait until symptoms worsen before discussing a plan moving forward.
