This class is a gentle restorative yoga designed for all bodies.

I have had the joy of seeing students that had a hard time getting to the floor now get up and down with ease, and students who had regular lower hip or back problems be pain free.

The Kids Classes are active and at the same time relaxing while teaching kids the basics of yoga with yoga games and fun kid friendly breathing exercises.
