As we close this incredible chapter, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the remarkable career of Dr. Paul Rottler, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Rottler’s commitment to helping others feel confident and cared for has left a lasting impact on thousands of patients, as well as everyone who has had the privilege of working alongside him. We are deeply grateful for the trust our patients have placed in our practice. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey.

While it is bittersweet to say goodbye, we could not be happier for Dr. Rottler and his wife, Sharon, as they begin this well-deserved new chapter. • Insurance card
• Photo ID

📋Eligibility requirements:
• Age 40+
• Able to use steps and stand for the exam
• At least one year since your last screening mammogram
• No current breast concerns or history of breast cancer

Costs will be billed through your health plan.
