The answer isn’t always eating less.
Have you ever tried to cut calories in hopes that it would help you “tone up” a little bit?
Or maybe you tried keto for a month or two because you thought that cutting carbs would finally be the game-changer?
I’m here to tell you that your body is not a math problem.
As a Registered Dietitian that works with a lot of college athletes, CrossFitters, and runners, here’s what I’ve seen work best:
--More calories (especially carbs!)
--Increased variety of foods
--Focused resistance training
--Sport specific accessories
--Stress management
--Additional sleep/recovery
