Need a reminder on why bike helmets are always important? Here’s a picture of Dr Nicastro’s son’s helmet. This kid has been riding bikes for 10+ years. Thankfully always wears a helmet. But last year a fluke accident happened, and this kid fell. His bike helmet is broken, but his head is fine.

Does your child need a new helmet? Check out Safety Stop. They are selling helmets for $5 until the end of May.
