We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri!

🔹 Occupational Therapist (OT) Evaluator & COTA Supervisor
• Conduct student evaluations, re-evaluations & discharges
• Develop evidence-based care plans and goals
• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to COTAs
• No ongoing daily treatment caseload
• Per-evaluation & hourly compensation
• Flexible scheduling with manageable documentation timelines

🔹 School Psychological Examiner (SPE)
• Administer, score & interpret standardized assessments
• Conduct cognitive, academic, educational & behavioral testing
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
• Collaborate with school multidisciplinary teams
• Per-evaluation & hourly compensation
• Predictable school daytime hours

Speak Wonders is looking for a dedicated SLPA Supervisor to join our growing team! If you're passionate about mentoring clinicians and making a difference in school-based speech-language services, we'd love to hear from you.

✨ Position Details
• Hybrid position
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Monthly stipend (based on the number of SLPAs supervised)

Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide direct and indirect supervision to SLPAs in school settings
✔️ Complete school-age speech and language evaluations, as needed
✔️ Write evaluation reports and IEPs
✔️ Attend eligibility meetings and conduct IEP meetings
✔️ Collaborate with school teams to support student success

Qualifications:
✅ CCC-SLP certification
✅ Active Missouri (MO) State Licensure
✅ School-based experience required
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
