Intuitive energy healing for awakening humans. Personalized Reiki sessions and intuitive insights✨🌝

10/07/2026

My latest Substack post turns away from inner focus, toward a recent breakthrough of one of my clients.

As I continue to do this deeply rewarding work, I am reminded time and again why it’s so important to share these stories with the world.

It’s also a great reminder that to unfold into your purest truth takes time, patience and dedication.

There is real magic and impact happening behind the scenes when we choose to show up for ourselves courageously and radically.

As I position my Earthly form in the next room, enjoy the next flavor or find myself crying on the floor remembering both my ancient-ness and infinite-ness all at once…

I know it’s all part of the journey.

This poem really wraps it all up so neatly and I was inspired enough to share.

Have a memorable experience on Earth and keep going, dear one.

BORING INFORMATIVE POST ALERT 🚨
Well, I’ve gotta let you sweeties know somehow! There have been so many changes taking place with my little business, and here’s the big one: I’ve reclaimed all of Satori23’s availability from my partnership with Chakra Wellness and given it a full time home at the purple studio 💜
All in good spirit!

It felt like time to go rogue and take full root in my own space, as my practice (and I) continue to evolve.

This means I’m officially available three days a week for magic-making 🪄 Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 to 7, and Fridays from 11 to 5.

In person for Intuitive Reiki, readings, and cacao, and many offerings online too.

My heart is so full lately, and my calendar is starting to fill right alongside it. Spirit keeps calling in more beautiful souls, and I’m so grateful.

When I say I’m booking up fast, I mean it, so if you’ve been on the fence, it’s time to hop down and touch grass 🌱

A belated 2nd batch of Adirondack present moments captured.

As a semi-retired Instagram girlie, it’s just not felt important to keep things up to speed on here. I’m too busy concentrating my energy on the people and things that truly matter—most importantly, my sensitive self.

I’m so very grateful that I get to visit this place every year since I was born. I was even conceived there, so it’s in my DNA 🧬

Just popping on the grid. My once in a blue moon. All on blue💙

Standing in the front hallway of the beautiful, early 20th century building that my little purple healing studio is nestled within, here in Benton Park.

I’m also here to share that the offices on either side of me are available, and if you’re a cool, calm, collected creator or heart-led small business owner, I’d love to have you as a neighbor. Massage therapist, artist, counselor, coach, wellness practitioner, maker, or just an overall kind-hearted human? Come keep the frequency in ✨peak magic✨ with me.

There are multiple ground floor units available, all wheelchair accessible. The larger one is approx 200 sq ft for $515/mo. Ask me about the smaller one. A small break room and two all-gender restrooms, gated parking, and all utilities included except WiFi.

Let’s connect💌

Things have been slow and sweet lately. That is, when they aren’t moving at breakneck speed. There is so much change in this human’s life, and when it’s felt through a fragile nervous system, there’s almost no other option but to pause and simplify.

Always coming back to the roots that ground me. The wisdom of the trees and their steadiness. The soft whispers of the spirit of cacao in my morning cup. Time spent with precious animals for some regulation (and a little extra cash). What a joy it brings.

As I sit here listening to the birds in the burbs, I reflect on what I actually need for a kinder life. Mostly I’m seeing what it is not. It is not the pull of social media performance. It is not the weight of an endless to-do list. It is not thinking you have to do everything on your own. It is not managing other people’s lives on top of your own.

It is the freedom of being right here. Sitting with the worry and the fear while massaging your own shoulders and checking your grounding cord. Stepping away long enough to breathe and feel the channel of your soul switch back on.

As I said in my recent stories, I know in a past timeline I would have chosen to be a nun. Now I just need to learn how to live like one, without the religion, without disappearing into community, without sacrificing a loving partnership. Is this the future for us on the path home? I think so.

I’ll keep embracing each step with a heart that humbly remembers to sing out loud.

Here in service to you, with presence, on your journey.

The magic of Deutschland part 5:
Wagner’s hometown exploration paired with the soul-nourishment of family cooked meals. Little mouse chapels and upsetting footwear decisions sprinkled in between 🙈
