There comes a moment in every healing journey when you realize: you cannot keep carrying the wound and calling it survival. It is time to bring freedom forth.

WOMAN BEYOND THE WOUND: WALKING IN FREEDOM
A Healing Circle Experience

We are entering the 9th month of your wellness journey.

And I want to be honest with you…

This will be a difficult birth.

Healing is not always beautiful. It can be painful. It can challenge everything you thought you knew about yourself. There may be tears, hard conversations, uncomfortable truths, and moments when you wonder if you have the strength to keep going.

But you have a village.

You will not have to birth healing alone.

There will be Healing Doulas ready to assist you, women creating space for women, and a circle designed to remind you that your wounds may be part of your story—but they do not have to be your identity.

During this experience, we will introduce new coping tools that you can carry beyond the circle, including but not limited to:

*Sound Bathing
*Grounding Practices
*Mindful Meditation
*Breath & Nervous-System Awareness
*Reflective Healing Practices
*Community Connection & Shared Testimony

These are not magic fixes. They are tools—new ways to pause, regulate, reconnect, release, and begin again.

Because sometimes healing begins when someone finally gives you permission to say:

“I am tired of hurting. I am ready to heal.”

This circle is for the woman who is seeking but struggling.
For the woman who smiles while silently fighting.
For the woman carrying childhood wounds, grief, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, trauma, or pain she has never found the words to explain.

You are not alone.

There are wounds that never make the headlines. Wounds hidden behind smiles, ministry, careers, motherhood, and daily responsibilities. Wounds from childhood trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, betrayal, loss, and silent battles that leave us questioning our worth and identity.

If that speaks to your heart, this experience was created with you in mind.

Join us for Woman Beyond the Wound: Walking In Freedom, an intimate Healing Circle Experience designed to provide a safe, compassionate space where women can be seen, heard, supported, and encouraged on their healing journey.

Throughout the evening, we will explore practical coping and wellness tools that nurture the mind, body, and spirit, including (but not limited to): • Breathwork • Sound Bath • Grounding Practices • Guided Meditation

Together, we'll create space to release what we've carried for far too long, reconnect with ourselves, and take another step toward healing and freedom. You don't have to carry your story alone—healing happens in community.
