Meet Tammy Williams — our HR Director and this month’s BTX Employee Spotlight. 💜

For more than a decade, Tammy has been a steady, caring presence across our team. She joined BioTech as a single mom just beginning her career, grew from assisting sales into HR, and has spent years quietly building the kind of people-first culture our patients ultimately feel.

“Caring is at the center of everything I do,” she shares — and it shows. Whether she’s supporting her team at BTX, volunteering with the Granite City Police Department, baking for her neighbors, or loving on her family (and her pups, Zeus and Athena), Tammy lives out the values that make BTX who we are.

A fact she’d never tell you herself: she’s now an Auxiliary Police Lieutenant, and has logged more volunteer hours than any other auxiliary officer in Granite City every year since 2016. That’s just who she is.

We are always thrilled to enter into new partnerships!

Johnson County Coroners Office — thank you for placing your trust is us. We look forward to serving alongside your wonderful team!

The Johnson County Coroner's Office has entered in an agreement with Biotech X-Ray to begin conducting x-rays in our Coroner facility. In the past imaging has been completed at Johnson Memorial Hospital. This new agreement will simplify the logistics and create a saving of approximately $1000 per x-ray. Biotech uses state-of-the-art portable digital radiography technology. Their team of highly skilled, ARRT-certified radiologic technologists will utilize the latest high-definition imaging equipment to capture crystal-clear X-ray images at our facility. 🏆 2025 Samsara Yearly Award Winners

These team members earned recognition by maintaining top Samsara Safe Driving Scores while logging some of the highest total miles driven throughout 2025.

Together, the BTX driving team completed 338,584 trips — a 10% increase over 2024 — while maintaining an excellent 98 safety score and improving fuel efficiency by 19%.

Employee Spotlight: Anthony Coleman

Anthony has been with BioTech X-ray since 2013, serving as Oklahoma Tech Supervisor and Radiologic Technologist. With nearly 40 years in mobile X-ray, he brings experience, leadership, and a deep commitment to patient-first care — both on the job and through decades of ministry in nursing home communities.
