🍋 Today our residents and staff hosted a lemonade stand in support of childhood cancer research through Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and raised $360!
What began as one little girl's front-yard lemonade stand has become a movement that has inspired millions. At just 4 years old, Alex held her first lemonade stand to help children with cancer. She raised more than $2,000 that day, and by the time of her passing in 2004, she had raised $1 million and inspired a legacy of hope, research, and cures for childhood cancer.
We are incredibly proud of our residents for their hard work and dedication to this important cause. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, donated, and supported our stand. Together, we're helping continue Alex's mission one cup of lemonade at a time. 💛🍋Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation
