And that’s usually when I lean in 👀
Because “all my labs were normal”
after a laundry list of symptoms
doesn’t make me think nothing is wrong.
It makes me think something may not have been looked at deeply enough.
Because symptoms like fatigue, bloating, anxiety, weight resistance, painful cycles, hair shedding -
that’s not random noise.
That’s information.
And this is where so many women get dismissed.
Basic labs can rule out disease.
They don’t always explain dysfunction.
And those are very different things.
“Normal” has ended too many conversations that should have just been starting.
Because normal does not always mean optimal.
And symptoms don’t show up for no reason.
Sometimes the problem isn’t that your labs are normal.
It’s that no one has connected the pattern yet.
