And that’s usually when I lean in 👀

Because “all my labs were normal”
after a laundry list of symptoms
doesn’t make me think nothing is wrong.

It makes me think something may not have been looked at deeply enough.

Because symptoms like fatigue, bloating, anxiety, weight resistance, painful cycles, hair shedding -

that’s not random noise.

That’s information.

And this is where so many women get dismissed.

Basic labs can rule out disease.
They don’t always explain dysfunction.

And those are very different things.

“Normal” has ended too many conversations that should have just been starting.

Because normal does not always mean optimal.
And symptoms don’t show up for no reason.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that your labs are normal.

It’s that no one has connected the pattern yet.

Half kidding… half very serious 😅

Because women are constantly trying to figure out:

Is this stress?
Blood sugar?
Low iron?
Luteal phase?
Or did I literally just need to eat?

And honestly… sometimes the answer is yes 😂

But there’s something real in that.

So many women are navigating symptoms without being taught how interconnected everything is.

Mood, energy, hunger, hormones, ferritin, nervous system load - they influence each other.

Which is why I’m always saying
symptoms make a lot more sense when you stop looking at them in isolation.
