There is something so special about watching moms come together in community. 🤍

Our Monday Breastfeeding Support Circle at STL Nurture Collective have become such a beautiful space for connection, encouragement, honesty, and support. Every week, we see moms sharing the hard moments, celebrating the wins, asking questions, offering advice, and reminding each other that none of us are meant to do motherhood alone.

If you’re newly postpartum, nursing your third baby, combo feeding, pumping, weaning, or simply looking for community in this season of motherhood, you are welcome here.

This is exactly why we created STL Nurture Collective: to be a safe space where women can gather without judgment, feel supported, and build real connections with other moms who understand. 🤍

We’d love for you to join us on Mondays from 10:30–11:30 AM for our Breastfeeding Support Circle led by Dr. Audrey. Come as you are, bring your babies, and find support in community with other moms walking through similar seasons.

Today, we’re celebrating the moms in every season of motherhood — the new moms, the seasoned moms, the single moms, the grieving moms, the foster and adoptive moms, the moms-to-be, and the moms doing their very best each and every day.

Motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, joyful, overwhelming, and everything in between. We are honored to support and walk alongside moms through all of it.

At STL Nurture Collective, our heart has always been creating a space where mothers feel seen, supported, encouraged, and cared for — because moms deserve nurturing too.

As the school year wraps up, parents are hearing feedback about things that went well this year and maybe things that can be improved to set their child up for success for next year. Concerns about focus, attention, emotional regulation, social development, or other challenges that could benefit from further evaluation.
