GLOWING FROM GUMMIES ❤️🍫 Chocolate gummies with benefits guys!

• 1 cup strawberries
• ½ cup water

• Pinch sea salt

Swiss Mocha, but make it a bedtime ritual. ☕🍫✨

This creamy decaf Swiss Mocha is one of my favorite ways to wind down after a long day. Made with skyr yogurt for richness, collagen and glycine for recovery and relaxation support, and cacao

for that cozy chocolatey goodness, it feels indulgent while still nourishing your body.

Glycine is one of my favorite bedtime nutrients. It’s a calming amino acid that may support deeper sleep, healthy collagen production, nervous system balance, and overnight recovery. Combined with collagen peptides, it creates the perfect evening pairing.

Unlike sugary nightcaps or desserts that leave you feeling sluggish, this protein-rich treat helps satisfy cravings, supports satiety, and creates a little moment of calm before bed.

My favorite part? The combination of warm decaf coffee, creamy yogurt, chocolate, and a touch of sweetness feels like a hug in a mug. 🤍

Bonus points if you pair it with a few deep breaths, dim lighting, and a good book. Your nervous system will thank you.

* ½ cup brewed decaf coffee or espresso
* ⅔ cup plain Icelandic skyr yogurt
* 2 tbsp chocolate collagen peptides
* 1 tbsp cacao powder
* 1 tsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
* Pinch sea salt
* ¼ tsp cinnamon
* ½ tsp vanilla
Directions
1. Warm the almond milk and coffee until hot but not boiling.
2. Add the warm coffee mixture, skyr yogurt, collagen, cacao powder, sweetener, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla to a blender.
3. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth, creamy, and frothy.
4. Pour into a mug and top with whipped skyrr yogurt , and cacao powder.

Adding a scoop of Apple Crisp Greens to guacamole is one of my favorite “upgrade without trying harder” hacks.

You still get the creamy, salty, satisfying vibe of guac… BUT now you’re layering in extra greens, polyphenols, fiber-supportive ingredients, and debloating plant compounds at the same time. 🌿✨

Strawberry Shortcake Tofu Mousse 🍓🍰High fiber | high protein

macros per serving: 28g protein | 8g fat | 30g carbs
Makes 2 servings

* 12 oz silken tofu
* 1 ½ cups strawberries
* 20g 3 -4 tbsp collagen peptides
* 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
* 1 tbsp honey
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* Pinch of sea salt

Shortcake crumble
* 2 tbsp gluten-free oat flour
* 1 tbsp coconut flour
* 1 tbsp fiber powder
* 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
* 1 tsp honey
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of sea salt

Directions

1. Add silken tofu, strawberries, collagen peptides, coconut yogurt, honey, vanilla, lemon juice, and sea salt to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3. In a small bowl, mix oat flour, fiber, coconut flour, collagen, coconut yogurt, honey, vanilla, and sea salt until crumbly. If it’s too dry, add 1 tsp water or coconut yogurt.
4. Spoon mousse into 2 jars.
5. Add diced strawberries and shortcake crumble on top.
6. Chill for 30–60 minutes before eating.
