Swiss Mocha, but make it a bedtime ritual. ☕🍫✨
This creamy decaf Swiss Mocha is one of my favorite ways to wind down after a long day. Made with skyr yogurt for richness, collagen and glycine for recovery and relaxation support, and cacao
for that cozy chocolatey goodness, it feels indulgent while still nourishing your body.
Glycine is one of my favorite bedtime nutrients. It’s a calming amino acid that may support deeper sleep, healthy collagen production, nervous system balance, and overnight recovery. Combined with collagen peptides, it creates the perfect evening pairing.
Unlike sugary nightcaps or desserts that leave you feeling sluggish, this protein-rich treat helps satisfy cravings, supports satiety, and creates a little moment of calm before bed.
My favorite part? The combination of warm decaf coffee, creamy yogurt, chocolate, and a touch of sweetness feels like a hug in a mug. 🤍

* 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
* ½ cup brewed decaf coffee or espresso
* ⅔ cup plain Icelandic skyr yogurt
* 2 tbsp chocolate collagen peptides
* 1 tbsp cacao powder
* 1 tsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
* Pinch sea salt
* ¼ tsp cinnamon
* ½ tsp vanilla
Directions
1. Warm the almond milk and coffee until hot but not boiling.
2. Add the warm coffee mixture, skyr yogurt, collagen, cacao powder, sweetener, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla to a blender.
3. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth, creamy, and frothy.
4. Pour into a mug and top with whipped skyrr yogurt , and cacao powder.
