Dr. Lindemann joins the Division of Transplant Surgery with specialized expertise in liver and kidney transplantation, hepatobiliary surgery, and robotic surgery, while Dr. Keane joins the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, bringing expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. Congratulations to Dr. Augusto Zani on two remarkable achievements that highlight his leadership in pediatric surgery research and scholarship. Dr. Zani has received an NIH R01 research grant to advance the development of a regenerative prenatal therapy for babies with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH), while also being named the next Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Pediatric Surgery, the premier journal in the specialty. We were honored to welcome Dr. Adnan Alseidi from UCSF, as the featured speaker for the inaugural Strasberg Lecture.
