Our regular Monday night Kids Exercise Class is getting a spooky makeover! 🕸️

Join us for a special Halloween-themed evening of functional movement, fitness, and fun for kids ages 5–10! We'll have festive exercises and Halloween-themed games to keep the kids moving, laughing, and building strength, coordination, and body awareness.
