Coming July 1st to Santé!

We’re excited to introduce Group Nutrition Coaching—a women-focused program designed to provide education, accountability, support, and guidance on your wellness journey.

What’s Included:
• Two 50-minute group coaching sessions each month
• Women-specific nutrition education
• Accountability and support
• Hume Body composition measurements
• Open Q&A discussions
• Practical tools to help you build sustainable habits

📍 Attend in person at Santé or virtually
📅 Regular sessions will be held Tuesdays at 5:00 PM

Group Nutrition Coaching Membership: $50/month
This membership is separate from your Fitness & Wellness Membership.

Current Santé members can add Nutrition Coaching to their existing membership for just $40/month.

Today, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, father figures, and all the men who show up with strength, love, guidance, and support.
