You don’t have to “believe” in Reiki to experience it.

One of the things I love most about Reiki is that you can come into a session exactly as you are — skeptical, curious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply looking for an hour to slow down.

And while Reiki has traditionally been considered an energy-based practice, researchers are increasingly studying something much easier to measure:

How people feel before and after receiving it.

Research has explored Reiki in relation to:

A 2025 meta-analysis examining 11 randomized controlled trials and 661 participants found a statistically significant improvement in quality-of-life scores among participants receiving Reiki.

A Little Scheduling Update from Alchemized Solutions ….

First and foremost, THANK YOU. The support Alchemized Solutions has received has been incredible, and I’m so grateful to every person who has trusted me with their time, energy, and wellness.

As many of you know, I have an upcoming surgery and will be taking clients through the 2nd week of November before stepping away to focus on recovery.

Between now and then, appointment availability will be limited to select weeknights and weekends. If you’re hoping to get on my schedule before my leave, I highly recommend booking ahead rather than waiting until you’re ready for your next appointment.

If you’re a regular client who comes weekly or biweekly, please consider booking your upcoming sessions out in advance so we can secure times that work best for you.

If you’re new to Alchemized Solutions and have been thinking about booking, now is a great time to get a date on the calendar. The sooner you reserve, the more likely we’ll be able to find a convenient appointment time before November.

I also want to acknowledge that scheduling has occasionally required a little flexibility lately. Because I work within a shared wellness space, my availability has to coordinate with the gym’s schedule, other practitioners, classes, events, and existing appointments. I know having to shift an appointment or having fewer time options can be frustrating, and I genuinely appreciate the patience and understanding you’ve shown me as we navigate a very full calendar.
