When I look back at the last 10 years, I don’t just see a business.

I see people.

I see the clients who came to me during times when they needed rest.
The ones who needed to release tension.
The ones searching for balance.
The ones who simply needed a safe space to breathe and be cared for.

I see the lessons, the growth, the unexpected turns, the challenges, and the moments that reminded me why I chose this path. And now, 10 years later, I’m stepping into a new chapter with my own wellness office. I’m deeply honored to continue offering massage, Reiki, and folk traditional healing in a space that reflects the kind of care I’ve always wanted to provide.

This journey has taught me that healing isn’t always about fixing something.

Sometimes it’s about slowing down.
Sometimes it’s about being heard.
Sometimes it’s about reconnecting with yourself.
And sometimes, it’s simply about having a place where you can exhale.

10 Years of Healing & A New Beginning 🦚

Ten years ago, I began this journey with a simple intention: to create a space where people could feel supported, cared for, and reminded of their own capacity to heal.

Today, I’m incredibly grateful to share that this journey has led me to a beautiful new beginning. I’ve opened my own wellness office! ✨

My new space is dedicated to the healing work I love, including:

🌿 Folk traditional healing

As I celebrate 10 years in business and another year around the sun, I’m filled with so much gratitude for every person who has trusted me, supported my work, referred a friend, shared their experience, or simply walked through my door.

This new office is more than a physical space. It represents growth, intention, and a new chapter in the work I’m so blessed to do.

Had an amazing time bringing a little relaxation to the community with table massages! Because after a long day, sometimes all you need is good company, a great community, and someone to work out those knots.

There’s something deeply beautiful about being able to share healing through touch, especially during a time as powerful and intentional as the Summer Solstice. ☀️🌿

This reel is a little reflection on my experience offering massage alongside a beautiful wellness community THE OASIS RETREATS I’m grateful for the opportunity to be of service, to connect with others, and to witness the ways we can support one another in coming back to balance.

I’m carrying that energy with me! Grateful, grounded, and open.

My heart is so full watching my daughter shine at her second vendor event—right here in our community! Seeing her confidence grow, connect with customers, and pursue her passion is something I’ll never take for granted.
