Chicken and dumplings for dinner tonight! Super simple to make on a chilly day.
Chicken thighs, 1/2 an onion, thyme, rosemary, sage and I forgot to mention carrots and celery. Bring it all to a boil and cooked all the way through. Then make your dumplings - GF flour or regular flour, baking powder, almond milk and salt. Mix it together and spoon the dumplings in cooking covered for 15 minutes. We eat it with rice but you can eat it as is!

Itā€™s beneficial to test hormones using blood. Other ways are using saliva or urine. The decision to use one or the other is individualized and based on a patientā€™s symptom picture as well as what the goals are. Iā€™ve utilized all 3 ways for patients and now I can say myself ;)

Whatā€™s also important is when you test during your cycle.
