Yoga in the park Alma friends!

Join us next week for our Foundational Yoga class! It’s the perfect way to wrap up your day and head into the weekend feeling refreshed. This class will be recurring every Thursday evening.

Our instructor Jennifer Arnold-Woodman will be guiding you through foundational poses, focusing on breathing and building a confident practice.
