Self development and growth is my passion, I found Reiki Healing 9 Years Ago and I never looked back. At that time I was a full time stay at home mom trying to find my passions and inner happiness. I have never looked back and have since received Training through the Reiki Master Level and now offer classes, received training in Yoga, Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, Chakra and Aura Therapy and more. But seriously…

I know Reiki isn’t for everyone. I know some people think it’s a little too woo woo, and that’s okay! You don’t have to understand it, believe in it, or even consider yourself spiritual to come experience a session.

One of my favorite things is working with people who come in not really knowing what to expect and hearing about their experiences afterward.

And messages like these? They mean so much to me. 🥹

I genuinely love what I do. I love creating a space where people can come exactly as they are, put everything else aside for a little while, and just receive.

Every person’s experience with Reiki is different. Some feel deeply relaxed, some experience emotional shifts, some find clarity, and others simply enjoy having an hour where absolutely nothing is expected of them.

Hi everyone! I’m hosting a cozy fall women’s retreat with Wildwood Yoga Studio in Arlington on October 3, and I’d love to invite some local women to join us for the day. 🍂

We’ll have Yin massage, a Reiki sound bath, a tea and soup bar, and time to make your own intentional body oil and bath tea bags. Mostly, it’s a chance to slow down, connect, and have a day where someone else takes care of you for a change.

Our overnight spots are full, but we still have daytime spots available. The day runs from 11 AM–7 PM on 20 private acres, and it’s $200 per person.

Our overnight retreat experience is officially SOLD OUT! 🍂✨

We are so excited to have a full house of women joining us overnight, but you can still be part of this beautiful experience. We have a limited number of daytime retreat spaces available for October 3.

This is a full, nourishing fall day created for the woman who is always caring for everyone else and is ready to let herself be cared for, too.

We’ll spend the day slowing down, reconnecting and nourishing ourselves from the inside out with:

There’s something extra special about teaching Reiki Masters. 💛

These aren’t students I’m meeting for the first time. These are people who have walked their Reiki journey with me… from Reiki 1, to Reiki 2, now all the way to their Masters.

One of my favorite parts of teaching Reiki has never been creating practitioners who all practice exactly like me. It’s giving people the foundation and then getting to watch them make Reiki their own.

So proud of this group and so grateful I got to be a part of their journey from the very beginning. 🌿✨

Reiki 1 is where your journey begins. 💛

We’ll spend the day learning the foundations of Reiki, understanding energy and the chakra system, practicing hands-on Reiki, connecting with your intuition, and learning how to use Reiki for yourself and others.

No previous Reiki or energy-work experience is needed. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
