Spring is almost here, and I can feel the excitement building to get back on the gravel roads 🚴🏻‍♀️

As many of you know, cycling is a big part of my life - and this season my goal is to gradually build towards longer rides (hello 100 miles!).

But here’s what I’ve learned over the years - and what I see daily as a pelvic floor PT:

Increasing activity works best when we support the body along the way.

For me right now that means:
✔️strength training twice per week
✔️fueling intentionally
✔️listening to recovery signals

The result? I feel stronger not just on the bike, but in every day life.

Spring is often when people return to movement after winter- and it’s also when aches, leaks, or pain can show up.

If your body feels different than it used to, you’re not alone and there are solutions.
