Life doesn’t always go the way we planned.
There is often so much is outside of our control.
But one thing we always have power over is how we treat others.
No matter what challenges come your way, you can still choose kindness, compassion, and making someone feel seen and valued.

Join me for Yoga in the Park this summer.

This beginner friendly class is a great low pressure way to keep your practice fresh all summer long while enjoying the great outdoors. We will meet at Millbrook Marsh with a back-up/weather location of the barn at the marsh.

Two sessions are being offered through Centre Region Parks and Recs:
June 1 - 29 and July 20 - August 18
